I had an amazing stay! The breakfasts were outstanding with such a variety that catered to everyone’s taste, and the traditional hammam was a real treat. I did notice some noise from the street that could be a bit disruptive at times, but overall, I would absolutely come back!

The hotel failed to arrange my airport transfer, which was pre-booked. when I needed help securing transportation for my relatives, staff promised assistance but delivered nothing. The swimming pool was cold during the first day, and mandatory swimming caps are not complimentary, which is not very service-friendly.
